How we handle your data
The survey is anonymous unless you enter your name, email address or phone number. Responses arrive by email at [email protected] and are read by the centre’s management; they are used only to improve our services and we do not pass them on to anyone else.
We will use any contact details you give only to reply to your comments. We process them on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, and we delete them no later than 6 months after your comments have been dealt with.
