About us

Reporting wrongdoing

Employees and other persons can report a suspicion of wrongdoing under Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers. We protect whistleblowers from retaliation.

Who can report

Anyone who learned of possible wrongdoing in connection with work or a similar activity for Zdravá Sedmnáctka can submit a report: employees, people working under agreements, temporary workers, job applicants, trainees and volunteers.

What can be reported

A suspicion of conduct that has the features of a criminal offence, or of an infraction punishable by a fine with an upper limit of at least CZK 100,000, or that breaches the Whistleblower Protection Act or other regulations in the areas listed in the Act, for example public procurement, consumer protection or personal data protection.

How to report

You can submit a report in our internal reporting system, in writing by email or orally by telephone. You will find the competent person and the channel in the box Internal reporting system. At your request a report can also be made in person; we will arrange a meeting within 14 days of the request at the latest. We record an oral report in writing, and we make a recording only with your consent.

Protection against retaliation

Anyone who submits a report in good faith must not be penalised for it. Retaliation, for example dismissal, a pay cut or transfer to another post, is prohibited. People who help the whistleblower and people close to them are also protected.

We protect the identity of the whistleblower. Information about it is not disclosed without your written consent to anyone who does not receive and assess reports, unless the law requires it to be passed to a public authority; we will notify you of such a disclosure in advance. A report that you know to be false is not protected.

Deadlines and procedure

  2. Confirmation We will confirm receipt of the report within 7 days of receiving it.
