Accommodation terms and conditions

1. Introductory provisions

1. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Operator and the person ordering accommodation (hereinafter the “guest”) in the provision of accommodation services at the hotel of Sportovní centrum Řepy (30 rooms, Na Chobotě 1420/16, Prague 17 – Řepy).
2. The accommodation contract is governed by Section 2326 et seq. of the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), these terms and conditions and the hotel’s house rules.
3. By submitting a booking, the guest confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.

2. Booking and conclusion of the contract

1. Accommodation can be booked online in the booking form on this website (the Reservation+ system of Previo s.r.o.), by e-mail to [email protected], or in person or by telephone at reception.
2. An online booking is made in one of two ways, depending on the payment method chosen:
   • Booking guaranteed by payment card: the booking is confirmed immediately. The card serves only as a guarantee; payment for the stay is made on site. Only the cancellation fee under Article 5 is charged to the card.
   • Booking with a deposit paid by bank transfer: the booking is initially provisional. It is confirmed when a deposit of 50% of the accommodation price is credited to the Operator’s account in accordance with the proforma invoice, within 3 days of the booking being made. If the deposit is not received in time, the provisional booking lapses without compensation.
3. The accommodation contract is concluded at the moment the Operator confirms the booking (by e-mail from the booking system or from reception).
4. The Operator may refuse a booking, in particular when capacity is full, when the hotel is closed, or if the guest has previously breached the house rules.

3. Prices, local accommodation fee and payment

1. Accommodation prices are shown in the hotel price list and in the booking form. They are final prices, including VAT, and include breakfast, bed linen, towels and cleaning.
2. A local accommodation fee under the generally binding ordinance of the Capital City of Prague (currently CZK 50 per person per night) is added to the accommodation price; persons exempt under the law, for example those under 18, do not pay the fee. The fee is shown separately in the booking.
3. Payment for accommodation: for a booking with a deposit, the balance of 50% is paid on site on arrival; for a booking guaranteed by payment card, the full amount is paid on site on arrival. Payment can be made in cash or by payment card at reception; companies and groups may pay by invoice by agreement.
4. The Operator issues a proforma invoice for the deposit and a tax document after the stay ends.
5. Groups, sports training camps and tournaments: the price, deposits and cancellation terms are governed by an individual offer or contract, which takes precedence over these terms and conditions.

4. Arrival, departure and stay

1. Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 14:00, and the guest vacates them on the day of departure by 10:00. A later departure is possible only by agreement with reception and may be subject to a charge.
2. On arrival the guest presents a valid identity document (identity card or passport). The Operator keeps a guest register in accordance with the Local Fees Act and, for foreign nationals, fulfils its notification obligation to the Foreign Police under Act No. 326/1999 Coll.
3. Reception is shared by the hotel and the swimming pool; its hours are on the Opening hours page. A guest arriving after 22:00 must notify reception by 21:00 on the same day at the latest (by telephone or e-mail); the night-duty staff will then check them in.
4. Parking in the complex is free for guests for the duration of their stay, one space per room. The car park is not guarded.
5. The guest observes the hotel’s house rules, in particular quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00, the ban on smoking and on the use of open flames throughout the building, and the ban on receiving visitors in the room without the consent of reception. Rooms may not be used for any purpose other than accommodation.
6. Pets are welcome if reported in advance when booking, for a fee of CZK 300 per animal per night. Animals are not permitted on the beds or in the swimming pool, wellness and bistro areas, and must not be left unattended in the room. Assistance dogs are free of charge.
7. The hotel is part of a sports complex. Entry to the swimming pool, wellness, sports hall and other sports facilities is subject to their own operating rules and price lists; accommodation does not include entry unless stated otherwise in the offer.

5. Cancellation, change of dates and no-shows

1. The guest may cancel a booking by e-mail to [email protected], via the link in the booking confirmation, or at reception. The moment the cancellation is delivered to the Operator is decisive.
2. Cancellation fees, calculated on the accommodation price (excluding the local accommodation fee):
   • cancellation no later than 7 days before the day of arrival: no fee, and the deposit is refunded in full;
   • cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the accommodation price (corresponding to the deposit);
   • no-show without cancellation or shortening of the stay: 100% of the price of the unused accommodation.
3. A deposit paid is credited towards the cancellation fee; the Operator will refund any overpayment within 14 days to the account from which the deposit was received. For a booking guaranteed by payment card, the Operator is entitled to charge the cancellation fee to the card.
4. A change of dates is possible subject to availability; a change made less than 7 days before arrival is treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
5. If the Operator cancels a booking for reasons on its side (breakdown, closure), it will refund the guest everything they have paid and offer an alternative date. No other claims arise for the guest, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through the Operator’s gross negligence.
6. A guest who is a consumer acknowledges that, for accommodation provided on a specified date, they have no right to withdraw from a distance contract under Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code; the cancellation terms above apply.

6. Liability

1. The Operator is liable for items brought into the hotel by the guest to the extent provided in Section 2946 et seq. of the Civil Code. We recommend depositing valuables, money and documents at reception; the Operator is not liable for items left in the room or in common areas beyond that extent.
2. The guest is liable for damage to the room and hotel equipment caused by the guest, by persons staying with them, or by their animal, and shall pay for it no later than on departure. A charge of CZK 500 is made for the loss of a room key or card.
3. The Operator may terminate the accommodation without compensation if, despite a warning, the guest seriously breaches the house rules or quiet hours or endangers other guests (Section 2331 of the Civil Code).

7. Personal data protection

1. The Operator processes the guest’s personal data to the extent necessary for the booking, the accommodation, keeping the guest register, notification obligations and accounting. The Reservation+ booking system is operated by Previo s.r.o. as a processor.
2. Details are in the privacy policy.
3. Sending news updates is voluntary and is switched on only by ticking the consent box in the booking form.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

1. The guest reports defects in the accommodation to reception without delay so that they can be remedied during the stay. The Operator will handle a complaint within 30 days at the latest.
2. A consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, adr.coi.cz.
3. Supervision of compliance with obligations towards consumers is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

9. Final provisions

1. These terms and conditions are available on this website and at reception. The Operator may amend them; the version in force on the day a booking is made applies to that booking.
2. Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
