Zdravá Sedmnáctka s.r.o., the operator of Sportovní centrum Řepy, is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of internet pages and mobile applications and on the amendment of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on information systems of public administration and on the amendment of certain other acts, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This website is partially compliant with Act No. 99/2019 Coll. because of the non-compliance and exemptions listed below.

Inaccessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons.

Due to non-compliance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll.:

• Notices in PDF format (opening hours, prices of the pool and wellness) are print materials and are not fully accessible to screen readers. The same information is on the pages Opening hours and Prices as ordinary text and tables.

Because it falls outside the scope of the Act:

• The map of the surroundings on the Contact page is an image. The location of the centre is described by the text next to the map: the address, the stops and the way from them.
• The booking system for sports facilities runs at a different address and is operated by another company.
• Sign-ups for classes and courses (the EOS system) run at a different address and are operated by the supplier of the system.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 2 October 2026. It is based on the operator’s own assessment carried out while building the website to the requirements of WCAG 2.1 at level AA: all pages passed automatic checks with the tools axe-core and Lighthouse, a check of keyboard operation, measurement of text contrast and tests on narrow displays and with enlarged text.

The check with screen readers has not yet taken place. Before the website is launched the operator will repeat the assessment at the live address and adjust the statement accordingly.
